2. Information We Collect

Information you choose to send us by email or phone, and information collected automatically when you visit fyitechnologies.net, described below. When you click Email F.Y.I., your own email application opens; we do not see or store your message unless you send it to us.

3. Website Activity We Record

When you browse our site, we record pages viewed, time on page, the referring website, campaign tags in the link you followed, device type, browser type, and approximate region (city or state). We use this to understand which services visitors are interested in and to respond to inquiries. This activity is tied to a random identifier that lasts only for your current browser tab; we do not use it to identify you.

We do not store your IP address. It is used momentarily to estimate your approximate region and to filter automated traffic, then discarded. Activity records are deleted after 30 days. We do not sell or share this information.

Do Not Track: Some browsers offer a Do Not Track setting. Our website may continue to collect the limited first-party website activity described above when a browser sends a Do Not Track signal. We use this information to understand activity on our own website and do not use it to identify individual visitors, track them across unrelated websites, or sell or share their information.

Global Privacy Control: When a supported browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we do not record that browser's website activity described above.

We also use Google Analytics to measure overall site usage. Google Analytics uses cookies and receives information such as pages viewed and device details. We do not send your name, email, phone number, or message to Google Analytics.

4. How We Use It

To respond to inquiries, deliver services you request, keep records of our communications, and improve our website. We do not sell personal information.

We share information only with service providers that help us operate (for example, hosting, email delivery, analytics) under confidentiality obligations, and when required by law.

We retain inquiry information for as long as reasonably needed to respond and maintain business records. We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect it.
